“Time is a game played beautifully by children”
Heraclitus
Children have a unique and carefree way of experiencing time. They are often able to enjoy and appreciate the present moment without worrying about the past or the future. As we grow older, we often become more aware of the passing of time and the limitations that time imposes on our lives. We may become preoccupied with the past or anxious about the future, which can detract from our ability to fully engage with the present moment.
Children are fully present in each moment, fully engaged in the activity at hand, and free from the constraints of time. We must embrace the childlike quality of being fully present and enjoying each moment as it comes. Be encouraged to let go of your worries and concerns and to find joy in the simple pleasures of life. By doing so, you can experience the beauty of time in the same way that children do and find a greater sense of peace and contentment in your life.
